Sky High Disability Services is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to support one participant living in Rockdale. This full time role features a rotating three-week roster with morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
You will build a trusted relationship, understand routines and goals, provide person-centred support to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and maintain accurate notes and handovers. A small team offers direct access to management and ongoing induction.
