Visy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the Gibson Island Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Queensland. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for safety, quality, productivity and customer outcomes, reporting to the State Operations Manager.
You will develop and coach site teams, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and build robust relationships with customers, regulators and contractors to deliver sustainable results.
