Uniting in North Parramatta, NSW, seeks a Caseworker for the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care). This full time 35-hour role oversees a caseload of around 11 children, coordinating care, home visits and family time across the Sydney region.

The role emphasizes safety, culture, and lifelong connections for children. You will develop case plans, partner with families and carers, and work with the clinical team to support permanency outcomes.
