- Inspect vehicle bodywork and frames to assess damage
- Disassemble damaged vehicle parts
- Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
- Straighten and align car frames and unibodies
- Reassemble vehicle body parts and accessories
- Repair or replace windows, trims, and interiors
- Fill, sand, and prepare surfaces
About you
- Be motivated and able to work in a team workplace
- Have a genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Be punctual, reliable, and show initiative
- Have strong attention to detail
- Follow instructions well
- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Paid college attendance
- Steel cap boots, PPE, and uniforms provided
- Weekly wages plus superannuation
- Ongoing mentoring and support from a dedicated Employment Officer
