Lutheran Services Australia is seeking a Practice Lead in Community Services to strengthen practice across our network and embed the Model of Care. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure consistent, evidence-informed service delivery and build staff capability for positive client outcomes.

You will oversee development of practice frameworks, provide specialist guidance on complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites, with some travel as required.
