Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a motivated individual to support Bakery department operations and help drive sales and service excellence. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will assist with daily tasks, coaching and developing a small team, ensuring stock accuracy and effective merchandising across the bakery.
You will contribute to a positive shopping experience, manage rosters, support inventory controls, and be adaptable to assist nearby stores as needed.
