With nearly 30 years in operation, Therapy Solutions is a well-established and highly regarded occupational therapy practice in the occupational rehabilitation and medicolegal space. That experience lets us do things differently, with a varied, intellectually engaging caseload and the time and support to do work properly. This role is ideal for an OT who wants to grow their clinical reasoning, assessment skills and qualified confidence, without the excessive productivity KPIs common in many other practices.

We are carefully building a team of like-minded clinicians and are seeking an occupational therapist to join us full time.

Our primary focus is medicolegal assessment, including functional capacity evaluations for people injured in workplace, motor vehicle and public liability incidents. We prepare independent expert reports on function, capacity and the impact of injury on work and daily life. These reports are written for the court, so the work rewards careful analysis, sound evidence and the confidence to stand behind a well-reasoned opinion. Alongside medicolegal work, we support clients with chronic pain, palliative conditions, workplace rehabilitation, and aids and equipment prescription meaning you will have a varied caseload (not just report writing).

The role

Primarily based in our Spring Hill office

Occasional travel, including:





- Local home visits across South East Queensland
- Day trips to the Sunshine Coast
- Periodic assessments in regional Queensland, which may involve one or two nights away

No prior medicolegal experience? That’s absolutely fine. We provide structured, gold-standard training so you feel confident, supported and set up for long-term success.

This role will suit someone who:

- Is an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist with 4+ years’ experience
- Enjoys analysis and working through complex cases to reach a clear, evidence-based view
- Welcomes feedback and peer review as part of developing their practice
- Values quality and professional growth over rigid KPI targets
- Is detail-oriented, good at developing rapport with clients, and motivated to keep growing
- Occupational rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
