Our client in Cranbourne West is looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their team on the day shift.
This role gives you the chance to show off your Counterbalance skills, as well as providing an excellent chance to upskill and get trained on their High Reach and Aisle Master Forklifts

- Monday to Friday, 7AM starts @ $35.96/hr

- Monday to Friday, 7AM starts @ $35.96/hr
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counterbalance Forklift Operation
- High Reach or Aisle Master Operations once trained.
- Picking, Packing and RF scanning
- Stock Replenishment
- General Warehouse duties (labelling, palletising etc.)
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance Forklift experience
- RF scanning and Pick Packing experience
- Experience operating a High Reach Forklift or Aisle Master is highly desirable, however training is provided for those with no experience.
- Experience working in a 3PL environment.
- Must have a valid Australian drivers license and own reliable transport
- Must be available to consistently work Monday to Friday, starting at 7AM.
- Ability to Pick and Pack orders with speed, efficiency and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, hard-working and punctual
- Physically fit to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
