Salary: $75,000 – $120,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses 20 - 100K

Are you a hands-on digital marketer with strong experience in GoHighLevel and Meta advertising?

Dental Members Australia (DMA) is looking for a motivated, results-driven Marketing Officer to take ownership of our digital marketing campaigns, marketing automation, lead generation and brand development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established national dental group, working with existing marketing systems, advertising accounts and a dedicated patient care team.

Please note: Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is essential for this position.

About us

Dental Members Australia (DMA) is an established dental group that has invested heavily in marketing and business growth for the past 10 years.

Our network includes 8 owned clinics, over 20 partner clinics nationally and a partner clinic in Seoul, Korea.

Alongside dental implants and general dentistry, our patient care team assists patients with dental payment plans and pre-approvals through our primary finance provider, Humm.

We are now bringing our marketing function in-house to support the next stage of our growth.

The role

This is a full-time, office-based position in Spring Hill, Brisbane, reporting directly to the Director.

You will take ownership of DMA's marketing operations.

You will work closely with our Head of Sales and their team of 6 patient care callers, who book patients into our clinics.

You will also receive a structured handover from our highly regarded fractional CMO, ensuring continuity across existing campaigns, systems, accounts and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

- Meta Advertising: Manage, optimise and scale Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to generate high-quality patient enquiries.

- GoHighLevel:



Take ownership of CRM pipelines, workflows, automations, Voice AI, SMS and email follow-up campaigns.

- Lead Generation: Improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

- Performance Tracking: Track leads from initial enquiry through to consultation and treatment acceptance, measuring the true cost per patient.

- Marketing Automation: Develop and improve automated follow-up processes to increase patient engagement and conversions.

- Brand Development: Strengthen the DMA brand through videography, creative content, digital campaigns and website improvements.

- Marketing Strategy: Identify growth opportunities, reduce patient acquisition costs and minimise reliance on external lead providers.

- Reporting: Analyse campaign performance, monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular updates to the Director.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Sales and patient care team to improve lead management and conversion performance.

About you

We are looking for a commercially minded, results-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on technical skills.

Essential skills and experience:

- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is mandatory, including managing pipelines, workflows and marketing automations.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.

- Proven experience managing Meta advertising budgets of $10,000+ per month.

- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking and customer acquisition costs.

- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

- Robust creative judgement and experience producing or briefing video and advertising content.

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

- Based in Brisbane or willing to relocate for an office-based position.

Highly regarded:

- Experience in dental, healthcare or finance marketing.

- GoHighLevel certification.

- Experience with Voice A
