Boardriders’ Surf Dive 'n Ski Glenelg store is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will set a high-performance culture, coach staff daily and ensure KPI targets are met across the store.

In this role you will analyse sales data, provide stock feedback, manage inventory and collaborate with senior leadership to grow the business and support career development for your team.
