Austin Health’s Cardiology Department is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner/Candidate to optimise patient outcomes across ED, inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings. You will contribute to the Virtual Hospital Pilot and partner with regional services to support Heart Failure care.

The role requires extensive heart failure management experience, NP endorsement (or progress toward it), and advanced critical care qualifications.
