The Wests Group Australia is seeking a Full-time Front of House Team Leader to lead during service, coordinate the floor, patisserie and till areas, and help deliver excellent experiences for our members and guests.
This hands-on leadership role requires you to supervise and support team members, maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness, and work with the Catering Manager on daily operations across our venues in the Newcastle region.
