d'ASPORTO Group in Williamstown is looking for an experienced, reliable baker to run our overnight bake on their own. If you love the quiet of a night shift and take pride in walking out at dawn with a full, beautiful bake on the shelves, we’d love to hear from you.

The role

Overnight shifts, roughly 10pm – 5am (exact hours to be discussed; some flexibility required)

6 days per week, with Wednesdays off

Working independently, so you’ll own the bake from start to finish

Baking will include bread, pastries and donuts

About you

Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or hospitality setting

Confident working alone and managing your own time and workflow

Pastry knowledge is a big plus

Reliable, punctual and consistent. The team depends on your bake every morning

Must be available to work over the Christmas period

What we offer

Salary up to $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate (if applicable)

4 weeks’ annual leave
