- Previous experience as a carpenter on commercial construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment and materials
- Must have own tools and be confident in their use
- Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative on site
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Commitment to maintaining a secure working environment

- A valid white card
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Must have own vehicle and driver's license
- Valid working rights in Australia
