We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a strong customer focus to fill the role of a Theatre Set-Up Aide. As a Set-Up Aide, you will be working in the Operating Theatre Department with responsibilities including:

- Ensuring surgical procedure’s instruments and stock are assembled

Skills and Experience

An interest in patient care is essential to succeed in this role. You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop a working knowledge of hospital procedures. You will be a motivated, positive individual and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

You will also bring:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV Level in relatable field or HLT37015 Certificate III in Sterilisation Services
- Minimal 1 year experience as a theatre Set-Up Aire or CSSD technician
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts across am and pm shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effective within a team environment and independently
- Excellent patient and customer service focus
- Be available for a range of shifts across a rotating roster
