Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Sydney.

This is an opportunity for a technically excellent lawyer to take on substantial, high-stakes matters with direct partner involvement and genuine responsibility.

The role

You will work on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, providing senior-level support to partners across the full life cycle of a dispute, from strategy and pleadings through to interlocutory applications, expert evidence, settlement and trial.

Clients include companies, financial institutions, directors and officers, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, private clients and other qualified advisers. They are also regularly engaged by other law firms where specialist disputes or regulatory expertise is required.

What we are looking for

- A Senior Associate with strong litigation experience gained at a reputable firm




- Excellent technical drafting, analytical and case-management skills
- Experience in complex commercial disputes; insolvency, regulatory, corporate or financial services disputes would be highly regarded
- Confidence managing significant workstreams, supervising junior lawyers and dealing directly with clients, counsel and experts
- A rigorous, practical and commercially focused approach
- Strong academic credentials and first-class training
