BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS – BAYSIDE AND SOUTH EASTERN SUBURBS

Our client is a reputable builder of age care facilities across Melbourne - Bayside, South East and Eastern suburbs. On offer is a excellent opportunity to work with skilled tradespeople as a Building / Construction Labourer. You will be flexible and adaptable, supporting site teams with day-to-day construction duties across commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

- Site cleans and maintaining clean, safe work areas
- Caulking and concrete patching works
- Jack hammering and demolition tasks
- Assisting with equipment handling and material movement
- Supporting Dogman duties where required
- Site preparation and clean-up along with adhoc duties as per site requirements
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and supervisors
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

You will have the following;

- Previous experience as a Building/Construction Labourer
- Experience with site cleans, assembling, caulking, jack hammering, concrete patching and general construction tasks on completion of builds will be an advantage
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labouring tasks




- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to and from work sites
- A strong commitment to safety on site
- White Card, EWP ticket, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters and Telehandler / Hoist Ticket highly regarded
- Ability to pass any required site inductions and comply with PPE requirements.
