Melrose Built is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Fitout and Refurb division in Brisbane. You will drive procurement, administer contracts, and manage payment claims to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
Reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with the Team Leader, you will oversee tender handover, practical completion, final accounts, and ongoing cost reporting across multiple live projects.
