Inhouse Painter - Residential Building Company
Spencer Constructions (Qld) Pty Ltd is an established residential building company based in North Brisbane. We are a custom builder with a focus on architecturally designed recent homes, renovations and extensions. Currently, our projects range in size up to $4million and are positioned across Brisbane and SE Qld.
Due to a depth of project work booked in, we are now seeking another experienced and qualified tradesperson to join our team.

Role:
Qualified painter role within our Residential division is on offer
40 hours/wk (Monday-Friday 6.30am-3.30pm) plus RDO opportunities
Full-time, permanent position (with initial 3 month probationary period)
or contract ABN position on offer
Requirements
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 4+ years' experience (post apprenticeship); Own relevant tools, current Australian driver's licence and suitable vehicle
- Ability to take direction, give direction, mentor and work as part of a team
- Good communication, 'can do' attitude and personal presentation
- Exceptional level of work quality and problem-solving skills
- High level of energy, personal productivity and self-motivation
- Eagerness to learn new knowledge & skills
