Arsenault Oceania is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide in office, desk-side and remote support for end users in Newcastle. You will deploy, refresh PCs, manage IT assets and assist with server, network, and telephony infrastructure.

The role requires recent IT degree and strong communication skills. You will work with ITIL processes and collaborate with local and global teams to improve service delivery and end-user satisfaction.
