We are currently seekingapplications from experiencedMaintenance Supervisors for ourSouth Walker Creek project, ona 8/6 roster,DIDO.

Role Overview:

The Maintenance Supervisorprovides leadership tomaintenance personnel, ensuresplanned and breakdownmaintenance is completed tocompany and clientrequirements, supportsoperational performance, anddrives continuous improvementinitiatives to maximiseequipment availability,reliability, and productivity.A company vehicle will beprovided for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the ProjectManager, you will beresponsible for, but notlimited to:

Demonstrate visiblesafety leadershipby promoting aproactive safetyculture, ensuringcompliance withrisk managementprocesses, permitsystems, safe workpractices, andparticipating ininspections,toolbox meetings,incidentinvestigations, andcorrectiveactions.

Lead, supervise,mentor, and developmaintenancepersonnel to ensurework is completedsafely,efficiently, and toa high standard,including managingperformance,identifyingtraining needs, andsupporting employeedevelopment.

Plan, coordinate,and oversee allplanned,preventative,predictive,corrective,breakdown,



andshutdownmaintenanceactivities tomaximise equipmentavailability,reliability, andoperationalperformance.

Coordinate labour,contractors, tools,parts, andresources to ensuremaintenanceactivities arecompleted onschedule, withinbudget, and inaccordance withcompany and clientrequirements.

Monitor equipmentcondition andmaintenanceperformance,identifyreliability issues,participate in rootcause analysis, andimplementcontinuousimprovementinitiatives to improve assetperformance andreducedowntime.

Ensure allmaintenancedocumentation, workorders, statutoryinspections,service records,timesheets, andreportingrequirements areaccuratelycompleted andmaintained withinthe company'smaintenancemanagementsystems.

About You:

Minimum 5+ years’experience in aMaintenanceSupervisor, LeadingHand, Senior Fitteror similarsupervisory role,preferably withinmining, drilling,quarrying, civilconstruction orheavyindustry.

Demonstratedexperiencesupervising andcoordinatingmaintenancepersonnel, contractors andday-to-daymaintenanceactivities.

Demonstratedexperiencemaintaining andrepairing drillrigs, mobile plant,light vehicles andassociated siteequipment.

Solid knowledge ofpreventative,scheduled andbreakdownmaintenance, faultfinding andequipmentreliability.

Demonstratedability to plan,prioritise andallocatemaintenance tasksto meet operationaland productionrequirements.

The right to liveand work inAustralia on anongoing basis.

Qualifications:

Trade Certificate -Certificate III inEngineering –Mechanical Trade orequivalentrecognisedmechanical tradequalification.

S123 & G2

Current AustralianDriver Licence

Formalqualification ortraining inleadership,supervision ormanagement(Desirable)

Successful candidates will berequired to undergopre-employment medicalassessments including a drugand alcohol screen.
