Your Staff Recruitment is looking for an experienced Boilermaker for one of our clients based in Prestons.
If you enjoy custom fabrication, take pride in your workmanship and know the difference between a decent weld and a quality finish, this could be the right move for you.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- Monday–Thursday: 6:30am–3:00pm
- Early finish Friday: 6:30am–2:15pm
- Variety of custom architectural projects to keep things interesting
- Workshop fabrication and onsite installations
THE ROLE
- Fabricating staircases, balustrades and architectural metalwork
- MIG and TIG welding across mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Reading drawings, measuring and fabricating to specification
- Grinding, polishing and producing quality finishes
- Workshop fabrication and onsite installation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker
- Confident with both MIG and TIG welding
- Experience with light to medium gauge materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- White Card and driver's licence
We're looking for someone who enjoys detailed work and understands that the finished product needs to look as good as it performs.
