You'll play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our workshop running smoothly as a Service Advisor at Absolute Diesel Services, a growing dynamic business specialising in heavy diesel repairs, servicing and maintenance. You'll work alongside other experienced Service Advisors in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork, communication and getting the job done right really matter.
Key responsibilities
- Be the friendly, skilled point of contact for our customers
- Work closely with fellow Service Advisors to manage bookings, schedules and workshop priorities
- Prepare and manage repair orders, job cards, quotations and invoicing
- Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
- Liaise with technicians, parts staff and management to keep jobs moving
- Assist with manufacturer warranty claims and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure jobs are followed through from start to finish
- Help deliver an efficient, professional and positive customer experience
About you
- Experience in a Service Advisor or similar workshop administration role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
- A genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
- Confidence using computers and workshop management systems
- Mechanical or automotive industry knowledge – highly regarded
- Manufacturer warranty experience – preferred but not essential
