AECOM is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer for Infrastructure Design & Delivery in Sydney, NSW, to lead and deliver multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects across defence, transport, energy, and land development. You will drive technical quality, client relationships, and practice growth while shaping a high-performance team.

You will manage design across stormwater, roads, utilities, and water infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to winning work.
