We’re looking forsomeone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in supporting foodpreparation, maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, and consistentlyupholding food safety and hygiene requirements.

TheRole

We have four luxuryrestaurants and a dedicated functions kitchen at Millbrook Resort, and thisrole plays a vital part in keeping each kitchen running seamlessly. As aKitchen Hand, you’ll be at the heart of our team, supporting daily operationsand contributing to a collaborative and positive kitchen environment. We prideourselves on delivering a tailored five-star dining experience across all ourvenues, from the energy of a fast-paced breakfast service to the creativity ofinnovative cuisine in our premium restaurants. Creating memorable experiencesfor our guests starts behind the scenes,



and this role is essential in makingthat happen.

SuccessProfile

- Previous experience preferred, however,not necessary as training will be provided.
- Great eye fordetailand exceptional time management skills.
- Positive verbalcommunication, coupled with a “can do” attitude.
- Must be physically fit, as the rolerequires manual handling.
- Resilient and able to respond to a varietyof situations with a collaborative and flexible approach.
- Ability to work weekends and publicholidays.
- Drivers Licence is preferable, owing toArrowtown location and shift patterns – you must be able to make your own wayto and from work.
- Self-motivated to work independently, as well as a great teamplayer.

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown.

Hours: Full-time permanent (30/40 hours per weekminimum guaranteed)

Pay banding: $26.00 - $28.00gross per hour
