Collarcare on the Mid North Coast, NSW is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator – Aged Care. You will lead the clinical team, mentor nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a respected aged care home.

Current AHPRA RN, prior Senior RN or Clinical Lead in aged care, robust leadership and governance skills are essential to drive accreditation and resident-focused outcomes within a supportive management team.
