About the Position:
This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and join a community-based pharmacy that offers an excellent work-life balance. Dispensing medications and counselling patients will be among your daily responsibilities. This is a second pharmacist position. You will be working alongside 3 technicians and pharmacy assistants.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver outstanding patient-centred care across a wide scope of professional services
- Accurately dispense and check prescriptions in a quick-paced, well-supported environment
- Provide clinical advice, therapeutic guidance, and end-to-end support for alternative and community health services
- Manage inventory and ensure full compliance with all legislative and professional guidelines
- Prepare orders and prescriptions for patient collection
- Maintain a strong online and in-pharmacy customer experience
- Uphold and contribute to our vision of delivering world-class health outcomes for our community
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community
- Strong dispensing accuracy and clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working in a quick-paced, technology-enabled environment
