What will you be doing?

- + Providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests at all times




- + Receiving orders and responding to guest requests in a timely manner
- + Understanding menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- + Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm

What are we looking for?

- + RSA - Must have a current and valid 'Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate
- + Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food preferred but not required
- + Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- + A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience
- A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
- A friendly, confident and approachable personality
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved
- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
