The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Supervisor to join our team at our GreenInc site in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for leading and coordinating the team, solving problems and ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

This is a full time position based at our Edinburgh site in Adelaide, SA with a strong pipeline of high-quality work which will see you working Monday to Friday with a 1pm finish on Friday’s. The base salary offered is $90k - $95K plus super and vehicle.

The Role

You will be required to take the lead on commercial landscaping projects from start through to completion. Move between projects, providing support and guidance to the site teams.

You will also be overseeing the delivery of soft and hard landscaping works, ensuring exceptional finishes and attention to detail, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and labour across various projects all whist ensuring that projects are progressing smoothly, stepping in where additional support is required.

You will be required to maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation and site organisation. Work closely with the management team to coordinate workloads, programmes and upcoming projects.

About You – the Ideal Candidate.

- You will have a proven background in landscape construction, ideally within commercial landscape installation.
- Experience as a Landscape Supervisor or experienced leading hand ready to step up.
- Confident managing teams, subcontractors and day to day site activities.
- You will need to lead from the front and isn’t afraid to get involved when required.
- Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering exceptions landscapes.
- Valid Driver’s licence and White Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
