Advara HeartCare in Hervey Bay is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide warm, qualified administrative support across our clinics. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is smooth, respectful and informed.

Experience in administration or customer service, preferably in healthcare, with strong time management and excellent communication skills. You will handle billing/receipting (Medicare and DVA awareness is a plus) and support the Health Track
