We’re looking for a seriously passionate, hardworking and hungry Sous Chef to join the crew at Sylv’s.

Someone who’s obsessed with food, loves the buzz of a busy kitchen and wants to be the right hand to our ridiculously talented Head Chef.

We’re not your traditional Italian restaurant. We’re all about pushing boundaries, playing with flavours and putting a fresh, contemporary spin on Italian food.

Think handmade pasta, 72-hour fermented pizza, cooking over charcoal, incredible produce and dishes that aren’t afraid to be a little different.

Who we’re after:

A young-at-heart, ambitious chef with loads of energy and a serious work ethic.

Someone creative, curious and always thinking about the next dish.





Someone who wants to learn from a brilliant Head Chef while bringing their own ideas to the table.
