What We're Looking For

- Ideally, you will have 8-12+ years of structural consulting experience, including a strong background in multi‑storey building design.
- You will bring sound technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, post‑tensioned structures and steel design, together with experience using ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass or similar engineering software.
- Equally important are your leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to establish lasting relationships with clients.
- CPEng would be highly regarded.
- We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys remaining technically hands‑on but is equally motivated by developing people, managing significant projects and contributing to the future direction of the business.

A Principal title is one thing. Having the projects, clients, leadership experience and professional reputation to justify it is another.
