Two well known, established national businesses are looking for experienced Accounts Receivable Officers to join their friendly finance teams. These are both stable, permanent roles with a clear structure, great training and a simple, fast hiring process.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing a customer ledger and following up overdue accounts
- Receipt allocation and payment processing
- Answering customer queries by phone and email
- Account reconciliations
- Supporting the wider finance team
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Confident on the phone, with a calm and friendly manner
- Accurate, organised and comfortable in a busy role
- Intermediate Excel skills
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- $75,000 to $90,000 + super
- 3/2 WFH split
- Training and recognition programs
