Melbourne Water is seeking a Change Specialist to lead organisational change initiatives across Melbourne Water. You will partner with leaders, sponsors and delivery teams to build readiness, support adoption and achieve sustainable business outcomes.
You will develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change strategies, assess workforce impacts, coach leaders in effective sponsorship, and oversee communication, engagement, learning and transition activities in a complex workplace.
