The Department of Home Affairs offers the 2028 Graduate Development Program, a 10-month program with three rotations across diverse areas, starting as an APS4 with the opportunity to advance to APS5 upon successful completion.

Structured learning, mentoring and on-the-job coaching support your development, with versatile work options where the role allows. This program builds a career across national security, migration, citizenship and community safety.
