Business Manager - Finance and Insurance

About the role
Accelerate Dealer Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Manager - Finance and Insurance to join our team on a full-time basis in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a relieving position that offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your sales management capabilities within the finance and insurance sector. As we have grown, we continue to provide internal coverage for all of our managed dealer sites for RDO's (Rostered Days Off), and annual leave. This provides the successful applicant diversity of daily activity across multiple dealerships. In this role, you will take on responsibility for driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. This position is pivotal in maintaining business momentum whilst providing you with valuable experience in a dynamic sales management environment.

Key responsibilities

Active participation within the finance and insurance sales teams to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase finance and insurance product uptake and customer engagement

Monitoring key performance indicators and sales metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealership partners and internal stakeholders

Conducting customer reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high service standards

Identifying market opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive business growth





Managing compliance requirements within the finance and insurance department

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving profitability

Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the automotive finance and insurance industry

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
