Provide clear guidance to staff and keep them informed of progress.

User onboarding and offboarding

Create and configure user accounts, email access and software licences.

Assign and update access permissions following approved requests.

Prepare devices and provide basic IT guidance for new starters.

Disable accounts, remove access and coordinate equipment returns when staff leave.

Device setup and management

Set up, configure and deploy computers, tablets, mobile phones and peripherals.

Enrol devices into management platforms and apply approved configurations.

Assist with application deployment, updates, patching and device compliance checks.

Investigate endpoint security alerts and elevate concerns under established procedures.

Maintain accurate asset records and device allocations.

Clinic technology and network support

Assist with the installation, connectivity and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.

Coordinate with equipment suppliers to arrange specialist support, repairs and servicing.

Troubleshoot basic Wi‑Fi, network connectivity and printer issues.

Assist with the installation and configuration of switches, wireless access points and other network equipment under guidance.

Support current clinic openings, equipment replacements and technology rollouts.

Documentation and security

Maintain support guides, setup instructions and records of system changes.

Follow Knight Health’s access, security and privacy procedures.

Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.

About you

Practical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common workplace hardware.

Experience setting up devices and administering user accounts.

Basic understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.

Strong problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently on routine issues and recognise when to elevate.

A professional approach to handling confidential information.

A friendly, approachable manner, with the ability to work collaboratively within a small IT team and patiently support staff with varying levels of technical knowledge.

A current, valid driver's licence and the ability to travel between head office and clinic locations as required.

Willingness and availability to undertake occasional air travel to support interstate clinics, with reasonable notice provided.
