EML is seeking a dedicated qualified to lead end-to-end management of whole person impairment (WPI) claims for IfNSW agencies from Sydney or Tweed Heads. The role offers hybrid flexibility, with up to two days work from home, and a focus on delivering timely, compliant outcomes within defined targets.
You will report to the Team Leader and provide technical guidance on WPI strategy, aiming to support claim resolution through mediation, hearings, and collaboration with stakeholders.
