The Y NSW is seeking an OSHC Service Director in Kellyville, NSW to lead a brand-recent after-school care service. You will shape culture, programs and community involvement from the ground up and act as the educational leader and Nominated Supervisor.
You will mentor educators, design programs aligned with children's voices, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence while managing enrolments, attendance and risk. This is a permanent leadership role with consistent weekly hours.
