Are you passionate about the exciting world of printing and possess a keen eye for detail? Look no further! Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Direct to Film (DTF) Printing Assistant to join our fast-paced distribution centre in Burleigh Heads. As a DTF Printing Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our newly in house printing operations, utilizing cutting-edge technology to produce stunning, high-quality prints on a range of products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background and interest in digital printing, this is an incredible opportunity for you to shine!
Every team member has an important role to play in our company and we believe in a dynamic workspace so team members will additionally have the prospect to be cross trained in other departments in the warehouse.
Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Set up, maintain and operate DTF printing equipment– including digital printing machines, dryers and automatic heat press equipment
- Pressing and applying garment print on apparel products using automatic heat press machine
- Conducting quality control and regular checks during the printing process
- Collaborate closely with our design team to review artwork, ensuring its compatibility for Direct To Film (DTF) printing.
- Inventory management of printing supplies and materials
- Picking or packing customer orders
- Receiving Inbound deliveries
- Processing Inbound deliveries
- Replenishing pick-face shelves
- General warehouse cleaning and maintenance (when required)
What we're looking for:
- Someone who is committed and highly interested in personal development
- Previous experience in a Direct To Film (DTF) printing warehouse environment (highly desirable but not required – We can invest in training the right person)
- Available to work a flexible roster across Monday - Friday (with availability for occasional weekend shifts)
- A passion for the industry and a willingness to embrace innovative technologies and techniques
