Jetstar is seeking a Performance Manager at our Cairns airport operation to lead a frontline team of up to 80 staff on a 12-month contract. You will connect senior leadership with the on-ground team, drive engagement, performance, and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Airport Manager, manage rostering and change initiatives, and support a culture where safety and customer outcomes come first, with staff travel perks.
