Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and minutes

Attend and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings

Manage by-law breaches, compliance matters and formal notices

Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Strata Manager is essential

Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Confident managing strata meetings, compliance and owner expectations

Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
