Join a highly established premium and specialist Australian recruitment group with a national presence across 10+ brands.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director in a direct team of 3 and group team of 8, The Group Marketing Manager will lead 3 key brands, inclusive of the largest brand in the Group. Building on established brand foundations and strategy, whilst optimising key marketing initiatives and technology, to turn content and campaigns into measurable commercial growth within both B2B and B2C channels.

What you’ll do

- Own content and brand: Create compelling content, sales collateral and leadership thought leadership.
- Drive campaigns and events: Partner with sales and agencies to engage clients and candidates to generate opportunities and highly powerful thought leadership initiatives.
- Optimise martech: Optimise and improve CRM integration, automation and customer journeys.
- Demonstrate ROI: Track lead quality,



conversions and campaign performance; optimise platform spend.
- Lead and influence: Work closely with CSuite and Group Executives as the brand custodian to engage key stakeholders on marketing initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- B2B marketing experience, within recruitment or professional services.
- Digital, martech and automation expertise
- Strong writing and content skills, backed by measurable commercial results.
- Stakeholder influence across operations and sales staff.
- Hands-on delivery and pace, combining strategic judgement with practical execution.
