The Role Idle is looking for a passionate

Floor Supervisor

to join the team, supporting the daily operations of the venue across service, team leadership and guest experience.

This role will suit somebody who:

Leads confidently during busy cafe service with a calm and hands‑on approach

Enjoys creating warm, personalised and memorable guest experiences

Supports team culture through positive leadership and clear communication

Takes pride in maintaining robust service,
