We're looking for a reliable and motivated Depot Process Worker / Relief Driver to join our Upper Coomera Depot team on night shift.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team. You'll be involved in all aspects of depot operations, including order preparation, forklift work, loading and unloading, and local deliveries when required.
The role commences as a casual position with full-time hours and offers a clear pathway to permanent full time employment after six months for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and processing customer orders for dispatch
Packing products accurately and efficiently
Operating a forklift to unload deliveries and move stock
Loading and unloading company vehicles safely
Completing local deliveries when required
Following daily schedules, packing sheets and depot procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Assisting with general warehouse and depot operations
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth depot operations
Night Shift Roster
Start times between
10:00pm and 11:00pm
Finish times between
6:00am and 7:00am
Monday to Friday roster
Rotating Sunday shifts as required
Alternative weekday off provided when working Sunday to maintain a five-day working week
What We're Looking For
Warehouse, depot, logistics, manufacturing or process work experience preferred but not essential
Current Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one)
Current Driver Licence (manual licence essential)
Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision Reliable and committed with strong attendance
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
