We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Lab Cafe and Desserts. You will lead and support our team during shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, oversee daily café operations and help create a positive and enjoyable workplace.

About you
Experience supervising and leading a team
A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage busy shifts
Reliable, organised and a great team player
Flexible availability midweek and weekends, working on a rotating roster including weekday, weekend and evening shifts. Around 25-35 hours per week
