About the Role

In this role, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class events.

Working closely with all operational teams, you will champion service excellence, foster a positive and accountable culture, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our reputation as a premier hospitality and events destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, providing strong, visible leadership and driving excellence across all event and hospitality services.

Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality workplace.

Oversee the successful planning and execution of all food and beverage operations, ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards.

Proactively identify challenges and lead solutions-focused outcomes that enhance both team performance and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, HACCP, Workplace Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements.

Support the ongoing development of operational processes, systems, and people to create a high-performing and future-focused Food & Beverage function.

About you:

You will be a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage leader with a proven track record,



managing high-performing hospitality operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will bring strong front-of-house leadership expertise, a genuine appreciation for food and beverage excellence, and experience in branding, menu development, and bringing innovative concepts to life.

With well-developed financial and analytical skills, you will confidently manage budgets, drive commercial outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Most importantly, you are a people-focused leader who excels at building engaged and high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, training, and performance development, fostering a culture where individuals and teams can thrive.
