The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an Offender Management Supervisor to lead and coach custodial staff at Tarrengower Prison. The role focuses on strengthening offender management practices, guiding case planning and promoting evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies to support rehabilitation and reintegration.

You will work with Corrections Victoria and other partners to implement the Correctional Practice Framework and drive continuous improvement across the unit,
