Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a Community Enrolled Nurse to support Home Care across South Eastern Melbourne and surrounds. You will conduct in-home assessments, work with the Community RN, and coordinate with allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes.

The role is permanent part-time (3 days/week) with a mix of in-office and home visits, in a values-based, supportive setting.
