Key responsibilities

AP & AR processing

Debtor management

Bank, credit card and GL reconciliations

Customer invoicing and payment allocation

Payroll support

Purchase order and COGS reconciliation

Month-end support and reporting

Maintain financial records and systems

Management support and special projects

About you

Minimum 2 years accounts/bookkeeping experience

Sound understanding of accounting principles

Zoho or CRM experience advantageous

Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proactive, positive and team-focused attitude
